Speakly.PRO ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Speakly.PRO website (the "Service").

- First name and last name
- Profile picture URL (when signing in via Google)
- Cookies and Usage Data
Data Collected via Google Sign-In
When you choose to sign in using your Google account, we receive your email address, display name, and profile picture URL from Google. This data is provided by Google based on the permissions you grant during the sign-in process.
We do not access your Google password. Authentication is handled securely through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol.
Usage Data
We may also collect information identifying how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data").
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
2. Use of Data
Speakly.PRO uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service;
- To authenticate your identity when you sign in using Google;
- To notify you about changes to our Service;
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so;

3. Transfer of Data

7. Third-Party Authentication (Google Sign-In)
What We Access
When you use "Sign in with Google," we request access to your basic profile information: your email address, display name, and profile photo. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services beyond basic authentication.
How We Use It
Your Google profile data is used solely to create and maintain your Speakly.PRO account, display your name and profile picture within the application, and communicate with you about your account.
How We Store It
Your email, name, and profile picture URL are stored in our database alongside your Speakly.PRO account record. This data is protected with the same security measures described in Section 5 (Security of Data).
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with any third parties for advertising, data brokering, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of this Service.
Revocation
You may revoke Speakly.PRO's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will not delete your Speakly.PRO account, but you will no longer be able to sign in using Google.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
Speakly.PRO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Limited Use Disclosure
We only use data obtained from Google APIs for the purposes described in this privacy policy (authentication and account management). Specifically:
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless it is necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface, you provide affirmative consent, it is necessary for security or legal purposes, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Essential Cookies
These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled:
- sessionid — maintains your authenticated session after you log in.
- csrftoken — protects against cross-site request forgery attacks.
- cookie_consent — stores your cookie consent preference.
Analytics Cookies
If you consent via our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used. Analytics cookies are only set after you choose "Accept All" in the cookie consent dialog. You may change your preference at any time by clearing your cookies and revisiting the site.
10. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you request deletion of your account, your personal data — including any data obtained from Google Sign-In — will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For users in Poland, the relevant authority is the UODO (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych) at uodo.gov.pl.
12. Students and Education Data
If you use the Service as part of an educational institution or as a student, we are committed to protecting your educational data in accordance with applicable laws (such as FERPA in the US or GDPR in Europe). We do not sell student data.
13. Links to Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site.
