Tokens purchased on the platform are non-refundable. By purchasing or using tokens, you acknowledge and agree that the platform only provides capabilities to spend them via internal mechanisms and for specific services offered within the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right of withdrawal once the tokens are credited to your account or used to access digital content.

5. Termination and Account Blocking

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Speakly.PRO reserves the right to block any account that behaves suspiciously or attempts to abuse the service. In such cases, any remaining token balances or subscriptions will be forfeited **without refund**.

The educational materials, including vocabulary lists, quizzes, and learning tools, are provided for educational purposes only.

Speakly.PRO does not take responsibility for generated learning materials on the platform, regardless of how they were produced (e.g., AI-generated or automated).

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all content is free of errors. You agree to use the Service for personal learning and development.

7. User-Generated Content
